As AQVANI products are downloadable digital goods delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are generally final once a file has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law or stated otherwise below.
We will consider a refund or replacement if: the file you received is corrupted or fails to open, the product delivered is significantly different from its description, or you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind after download, incompatibility with software you did not check before purchase, or misuse of the product outside its intended purpose.
To request a refund, email Info@aqvani.shop within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
