What to expect after you complete a purchase on AQVANI.
All AQVANI products are delivered electronically. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will typically receive access to your download immediately through the order confirmation page and/or a confirmation email with download instructions.
If a product is set up as a downloadable WooCommerce product, you can access your files anytime by logging into My Account > Downloads, provided the download link has not expired or reached its download limit.
While delivery is instant in almost all cases, occasional delays can happen due to payment verification, email delivery issues, or high server load. If you haven't received access within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Some products may have a limited number of downloads or a limited access period, as shown on the product page. If you need your download link reset or extended, contact our support team.
You are responsible for having the appropriate software (e.g. PDF reader, Excel, video player) to open and use the digital product you purchase. Product pages list any specific software requirements where relevant.
