What you can and can't do with the digital products you purchase from AQVANI.
1. What You're Buying
When you purchase a product from AQVANI, you are buying a licence to use that product under the terms below — not the copyright or ownership of the underlying files, designs or content.
2. Standard Licence — What's Allowed
- Use the product for your own personal, business or client work.
- Customise or edit the files (templates, documents, etc.) for your own use.
- Use the final output created with the product in your own projects, including commercial ones, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
3. What's Not Allowed
- Reselling, redistributing, sharing or uploading the original product files as-is or with minor changes.
- Claiming authorship or ownership of the original template, design or resource.
- Including the product in another paid product collection, course or marketplace listing without written permission.
- Sharing your purchased download link or account access with others.
4. Extended / Commercial Licences
Where a product page specifically offers an extended or multi-use licence, the terms on that product page take priority over this default policy.
5. Enforcement
Violating this License / Usage Policy may result in access being revoked without a refund, and AQVANI reserves the right to take further action to protect its intellectual property.
